Refunds and app access.

Seller: SO BEARDED LLC. These are the terms for The 7-Day Sugar Detox Protocol when purchases open. Customer checkout is currently closed.

Your purchase

$19 USD one-time, plus applicable tax shown before payment. No recurring subscription. Initial sales are available to U.S. customers. The purchase includes the interactive app and the original downloadable 73-page guide for your personal use.

How long access lasts

Your purchase includes at least 12 months of hosted app access from purchase, subject to the refund and dispute terms below. After that minimum period, access continues while we offer the service. There is no recurring fee or promise of lifetime hosting. Access does not end simply because the seven-day routine ends.

Your installations and offline access

You may use up to three app/browser installations. A browser and a separate Home Screen app can count as separate installations. Follow the app's replacement flow when replacing an installation. Reconnect to the internet at least once every 30 days to renew offline access.

Refund requests

Contact support@thanksfortruth.com within 7 calendar days of purchase, using your purchase email and order reference. An approved full refund ends app access associated with that purchase. Partial refunds are reviewed individually; access does not automatically change while a partial-refund decision is pending. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Payment disputes

Access associated with a disputed purchase is suspended when a payment dispute is confirmed. If the dispute is won or withdrawn, restoration requires review and is not automatic. A lost chargeback or full refund ends access associated with that order. A separate valid purchase is unaffected. Previously issued offline access may continue until its allowance expires, up to 30 days. Downloaded copies of the guide cannot be remotely recalled.

Install first, then sign in

After your purchase is verified, open app.thanksfortruth.com. On iPhone, use Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. On Android, use Chrome: Install app or Add to Home screen. Open the new Sugar Detox icon, request a sign-in link with your purchase email, confirm that email link, then return to the same app that requested it. Stay online until Ready offline · guide included appears. Browser-only use is also available. Read the setup instructions.

Keep your writing

Your writing stays in the app/browser on your device and does not automatically sync between installations. Use writing backup/export before changing devices. Keep an existing installation with saved writing; do not uninstall or clear its data to fix sign-in. Access changes do not deliberately delete your local writing. Browser/device deletion can still remove local data.

Educational use

The app and guide provide general information and tools for planning and reflection, not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. “Detox” is the product name for a seven-day routine; it is not a claim about removing toxins from the body. No health outcome is guaranteed.

SO BEARDED LLC provides The 7-Day Sugar Detox Protocol. This notice describes the app and these pages. The payment-specific information below describes what will happen when customer checkout opens; this preview does not collect payment.

Workbook writing stays local

Check-ins, craving logs, journal entries, meal plans and progress are stored in the browser or installed app you use. The app does not upload or automatically synchronize that writing to our server. Separate browsers/installations can hold separate writing. JSON writing backups and downloaded guides are files on your device. Keep backups before changing devices; clearing browser/app storage can remove local writing. Support cannot remotely read, recover or delete your local notes or downloaded copies.

Purchase and access information

When sales open, Stripe processes payment, billing and tax details. The app uses your purchase email and order/payment references to verify the purchase and provide protected access. Its server records include amount, currency, tax total, country code, payment/access state, event identifiers, refund/dispute state and review decisions. Transactional setup email uses your verified purchase email and order reference. Minimal delivery records include queue status, attempt timing, provider reference, failure or uncertainty reason and authorized recovery decisions; message bodies and local workbook writing are not stored in this delivery ledger. A setup email cannot unlock access by itself. The app's own code does not store card numbers, CVCs or complete billing addresses. Purchase verification does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email or create a Systeme marketing contact.

Requested sign-in and security

The service processes requested sign-in messages and installation/session records to authorize access, show your installations, enforce limits and prevent abuse. Records include device labels/identifiers, token/session hashes and creation/expiry timestamps. Email/IP-derived hashes and rate counters support abuse prevention; these are not described as anonymous. Network providers also process request metadata. The browser/app stores authentication and offline-access state locally and uses a secure session cookie.

Service providers and page technology

Systeme hosts these sales and setup pages. Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts the app, access database and private guide files and sends requested sign-in messages. Business support uses Google Workspace. These providers process information needed for their functions and may use technical cookies, browser storage, logs or security services as described in their notices. The app uses local storage and caches for writing and offline operation. This notice does not make a no-cookies, no-tracking or no-sharing claim about every provider.

How long information is kept

Local writing and downloaded files remain under your device's control until you remove them or device/browser storage is removed. Sign-in links expire after 10 minutes, server sign-in sessions after up to 90 days, and signed offline access after up to 30 days. Expiry restricts access; it does not guarantee immediate deletion of every record. Security cleanup runs in bounded batches and can be delayed.

Purchase, entitlement, refund/dispute and review evidence currently has no automatic deletion schedule. Those records support access, customer service, disputes and applicable business/legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests require review of the relevant records and obligations. The minimum 12-month hosted-access commitment is not a data-deletion deadline. Provider logs and backups have their own retention arrangements.

Requests and practical limits

For access-record or deletion requests, contact support@thanksfortruth.com from your purchase email and include the order reference if available. We need to verify authority for the request and review applicable record-keeping requirements before acting. Do not send card details, passwords, sign-in links or private journal/health content. There is no self-service server account-deletion feature or guaranteed cross-provider deletion deadline. Removing server access cannot instantly remove an offline copy, downloaded guide or local writing. Export your writing before changing devices; do not uninstall or clear its data as routine sign-in troubleshooting.
